Citizenship Certificate

1. Citizens between the ages of 18 to 30 can become members of the Ansar and Village Defense Forces in the area concerned.

2. Through the Union Ansar Commander / VDP Union Team Leader and Team Leader, the Upazila Ansar VDP Officer selects the people and enlists them as members.

3. If you are a member of Ansar Bahini, you will get basic training for 49 days at full government expense (accommodation, food, travel, clothing). After the training, you will be able to perform your duties as a general Ansar and qualify for assimilation.

4. To receive the training, the Upazila Ansar VDP officer will select the members as per the quota and send the list to the district office. The age of the trainees is 18 to 30 years, minimum educational qualification is 8th class, height is 5 feet 4 inches for men and 5 feet for women. Men's chest size should be 30 inches to 32 inches and everyone's eyesight should be 7/8.

5. The members of the village defense team are given basic training for 10 days in the village at full government expense. It introduces the activities and activities of the village defense team and the socio-economic development of the members. Upazila level officers and staff of the force and Upazila Agriculture Officer, Fisheries Officer, Family Planning Officer, Animal Resources Officers conducted the training. 90 / - per day allowance is given to each trainee for 10 days training. In addition training certificates are issued. This training shows the way for the overall development of the members.

7. In order to increase the employment and income of the members of the force, training is given in various professions at full government cost (including accommodation, food, travel, training cost, material cost). Among the occupations- (1) Fisheries (2) Goat rearing (3) Potato farming with advanced technology (4) Livestock rearing (a) Indigenous method of production and rearing of chicks (5) Poultry treatment and rearing (6) Off-season Vegetable cultivation (6) Fruit cultivation in modern method (6) Production of high quality mango seedlings (9) Nursing in advanced technology (10) Mushroom cultivation (11) Driving (12) Fridge air conditioner repair (13) Electrician work (14) Sewing (15) Nakshi Kanthabunan and (18) Computer Basic Courses are notable.

After the training, Ansar VDP Development Bank or any local bank or lending institution has the facility to get a loan. p>

. Various government and non-government organizations / organizations can incorporate armed or unarmed Ansar for their security needs. For this, they have to submit a petition in favor of District Commandant Ansar VDP. The district commandant will incorporate the Ansar if a satisfactory report is received from the divisional officer and the police force. These Ansars will have to bear the salary allowance at the rate fixed by the government, incidental expenses at the rate of 10% of the daily allowance and the Eid bonus will be borne by the concerned organization / organization. 3 months salary allowance must be paid in advance.

7. Ansars expecting to be assimilated must have received basic training, including firing experience. Age 18 to 50, height should be minimum male 5 feet 4 inches and female 5 feet and educational qualification should be minimum 8th class. They will be incorporated for 3 consecutive years.

The District Commandant will form a panel by verifying the needs and qualifications of the prospective Ansars and will incorporate the Ansars from the panel. To join the panel, these Ansars will need a basic Ansar basic training certificate, citizenship certificate, character certificate, satisfactory police report and passport and stamp size photograph.

Current At the rate of one PC / APC daily at the rate of 192.61 rupees, 30,5.30 rupees per day, an Ansar daily at the rate of 180.00 rupees per day in 30 days at 5,400.00 rupees. Besides, PC / APC will get 2 festival allowances at the rate of Tk 4,304.10 and Ansar will get 2 festival allowances at the rate of Tk 3,925.60. They will get 26 kg of rice, 26 kg of wheat and 2 liters of edible oil per month at the subsidized price fixed by the government. In addition, uniforms will be available at government expense.

9. If the members of Ansar VDP die while on duty or become crippled, the concerned family / individual will be entitled to one-time grant and monthly allowance and medical expenses from the welfare fund. Battalion Ansars will be entitled to joint insurance. Successful members of the force will receive medals or awards for commendable and meritorious work.

10. In case of 3rd and 4th class government and semi-government jobs, 10% seats are reserved for the trained members of this force.

11. In order to strengthen the activities of the force and for the development of the members, club-associations are formed in the villages and financial assistance and materials are provided.

12. Any person / persons / residents of the area who want to engage in volunteer or affiliated Ansar and VDP members / members or if they want any assistance can contact the Upazila / Thana Ansar VDP Officer or District Commandant Ansar VDP and receive the services of this government orderly force.
